Hello and welcome, I'm Mary Allan, and I warmly invite you to come and experience the joy of natural medicine! 

At Solstice Clinic we are here to make a difference in people's lives and bring the healing principles of natural medicine to you in an inspiring, comfortable space. 

Our practices are based on traditional ways of working alongside Nature, with the benefits of modern science and research. Our aim is to improve your health and wellbeing and educate, empower and support the transformation and healing that comes with better health.

Myself and Manami run the clinic full time, we are looking forward to helping many of you make a healthy start to the year!

Hello, my work at Solstice Clinic focuses on therapeutic massage in harmony with Nature.  

I originally completed a Diploma in Shiatsu massage, and over the years also trained in many other unique and effective bodywork techniques as well as gaining a degree in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine. This has led to a holistic approach combining the best of all these worlds. 

I am passionate about bringing the healing power of Nature to you through improved relaxation, and the holistic healing of mind, body and spirit. 

I am delighted to be working alongside Mary where we work together to bring you an effective bundle of healing and happiness through herbs, whole-food nutrition and bodywork.

About Solstice Clinic

Nature is at the heart of Solstice Clinic. We make many remedies, carefully made by hand, tried and true. Mary's Thyme Heal website holds a lot of these beautiful products. It is a blessing to be shared.

So we stock herbal tinctures made by us, traditionally as herbalists have been doing for hundreds of years, and we also stock galenical extracts purchased from local and Australian manufacturers who create their high-strength extracts with great care too. 

Although herbal tinctures and extracts are key, also prescribe other unique medicines including flower essences, creams, ointments, liniments, oils, powders and dried herbs for teas, infusions, poultices and compresses to name a few!

Herbal and homeopathic tablets/capsules and nutritional supplements are also available either on the shelf or to order. We do our best to get the medicines you need to make you feel better.
