Unfortunately I cannot give detailed clinical advice or case updates via email between appointments.
The best way I can help you feel better (and stay better) is with a follow-up session – either in-person, or over phone/video. This structure lets me keep consult fees lower and makes sure you get my full attention when we actually talk.
However, if you need to clarify something straightforward in your treatment plan, e.g. “how many drops was that again?” or “do I take this with food?”, just fire off an email. I’m always happy to clarify the basics so you feel totally confident with your herbs. Anything deeper or needing a proper consultation? Let’s get you booked in sooner – there’s always space for you when you need it.
Cancellation Policy
Please avoid cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment.
Last minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee (of course acute illness or matters of urgency are understood).
If something has come up and you need to reschedule, please send me an email as soon as you can, or rebook directly online.
